Zero-tolerance on blended fuel

Our pledge to our customers is that Pal Fuels has a zero-tolerance policy for any fuel that is blended and we will not, under any circumstances deal in the fuel of this quality.

Petroleum products are procured through a commercial partnership agreement from Sasol. All products are obtained directly from trusted local refineries to ensure that our customers get the best prices and quality.

The integrity and quality of our fuel are of utmost importance to us and our customers and we pride ourselves on the quality product that we deliver on a daily basis.

At Pal we only source our fuel from the major certified refineries in South Africa. Under no circumstances do we use private diesel depots, nor do we source our fuel from any neighbouring country.

All tankers are fixed with petrol and diesel valves, petrol and diesel fuel lines as well as separate meters for diesel and petrol products. All of this enables us to load various products from various refineries on the same tanker and deliver without contamination of any product.

We can also ensure our products to be offloaded to above the ground storage units with PTO pumps as well as below ground tanks with gravity feed pumps, either option is available on every truck.
